A while back I found a post, didn't bookmark it and now I can't find it again, where someone created an import wizard for importing data into ServiceNow. This isn't Easy Import, it was a customization to simplify the process. The developer would set up a transform map in advance and the user would enter destination table, expected data format, (Excel, CSV), import set table, transform map with a few other fields. When they submitted the form, it would run the transform map and load the data. Since using import sets is not available to all users, this was a way to give them access. I believe it sends users an email on the success or failure of the import.
Does anyone recall seeing this post? I'd like to reference it again.
Thanks,
Frank

Hey Everyone,
Thanks for all the help, I found the article! My bad it wasn't in the community but in SN Guru. For those that are interested, here's the link,
Simplifying Data Imports from Third Parties. Credit where credit is due, the article was written by Jacob Anderson.
Thanks again,
Frank
