import workflow

I understand we can use import set to bring data from external sources. Wondering anybody imported or migrated workflow from external systems into SeriveNow. Thanks.

Data is simple records and rows and columns and it is same in all different kind of systems

But Workflows are heavily dependent on our platform code - and it mostly specific to Servicenow platform, may be the functional flow can be same across systems but nodes like Run Script, Wait for Event, Approval, etc are embedded in platform.

May be between servicenow instances, you can transfer through XML export and import, not sure about from external.

I know i didnt answer your question, but with the knowledge I have, its my observation.
