Hi Team,
We have a lot of knowledge articles (which were exported from HP Service Manager) which we need to import into ServiceNow.
Please let me know the best way i can import them into ServiceNow easily? Any best practices?
Thanks.

Hello,
Please explain their current format. XML? HTML? Word Doc? PDF? etc.
Depending on that it may change up how we can assist you, but ideally...what I've seen is if the articles are coming from an outside source, then you would simply name the article appropriately, but then just attach the document as an actual attachment and not trying to recreate it in SN.
Please mark reply as Helpful/Correct, if applicable. Thanks!

Allen, I would be getting the articles in xml format from HPSM.
The approach you told me is a manual approach suitable for few artcles. We have to import 17000 articles..
