Importing Knowledge articles into ServiceNow

Hi Team,

We have a lot of knowledge articles (which were exported from HP Service Manager) which we need to import into ServiceNow.

Please let me know the best way i can import them into ServiceNow easily? Any best practices?

We have around 17,000 articles which we need to import. The method you told me is suitable for sizeable count of articles and is just a manual import..

I know we have a standard excel template based approach. Is there a way we can do the XML import also? I mean the articles in HPSM has different fields, so we need to map those fields first..any other prerequisites?

Sometimes font size, style, headers & footers, and images are misplaced in the uploaded documents.

Any way around to fix this?

Are there any pre-requites like size should be A4 or something like that?
