Importing Workflow in new instance

hi,
I created a Workflow in a demo instance and exported it to xml now my doubt is how to import it into another demo instance.
Already in How to move one workflow from one instance to another instance without update sets page Mark have said that using the 'Import XML' context menu from a list we can perform workflow Import but i'm not seeing any context menu "Import XML" in any demo instance.
so plz anybody help me in this issue.

You have to elevate your admin privileges to 'security_admin' in order to see that context menu action. Check out elevated privileges on the wiki of you need to know how to do that.

Need another help actually i exported the workflow but i have created a group & assigned it for that workflow it is not available wen i imported in another instance..
I need all my custom created User or group to be replicated in exported xml will it be possible

I suppose you could try to add that to the script, but I think that's actually a separate data record that you should be synchronizing anyway. If you want an easy way to bring the groups over, you could access the same 'Export to XML' functionality from within the group form or a filtered list of group records.

Export to XML not Working,it worked first but last few days i am trying the same procedure as you mentioned in servicenowguru its not working when i click the context menu button it is not exporting..
when i checked the error log it has returned null value(Key=null).
Am i making any mistakes in Process..?
