I'm sure you have the eBook that can help you clear the KABs. It seems like this might be an instance issue, and possibly the KABs weren't verified on time. Take a deep breath and relax—you can try again by following the steps and checking.

Thank you so much for your kind words. I have completed the first course, and am getting used to the navigations. The Simulator is working fine also. Maybe I was just a little bit too eager. Thanks again. Your advisement was great
