In agent workspace I impersonated and checking live agent support its not showing accept or reject

Hi All,

 I impersonated and checking live agent support in EP portal its not showing accept or reject in agent workspace. But Its showing connecting but it keeps on loading, please help me out. I attached the pictures below it shows clearly what the issue is.
