In Agent Workspace Restrict Change in Filter

Hi ,

I am working on Agent Workspace, and came up with a question to restrict filters so that working agent would only be able to see the records either related to him/her or to his/her relevant group. Can any one please advise me on how to do it? I am currently working on Vancouver Edition.

@Ghazanfar Ansar Set the filter condition as fixed filter in the config section of the component in UI Builder, so it'll remain fixed as per the setting that you make.

@Dibyaratnam I didn't see option under UI builder to fix the condition.

please raise your question separately with some context.

you can achieve this by going to "sys_ux_list" table and search for the list config for which you want to hide the filter option. refer below image:
