Thank for your reply. I am aware of using it in only condition builder/condition field & using current object only.
By any chance do you have any case study or good documentation( except from above provided by Joel); which highlights implications on system performance of using changes(),changesTo(),changesFrom() [ on current only ].
Does it really impact system performance or its good practice to use it.
