In ATF Getting Empty screenshots

Hi Team,

Could you please help me to understand why I am getting always empty/blank screenshots in the Test Results, after running the ATF Test?

All the screenshots are Empty, for reference I have attached one screenshot captured by ATF Test.

Hello Priya,

The screenshot you attached has only the white screen, so if you should attached the steps that you have configure would be easier to assist you
