I want to achieve the below implementation,
When a knowledge article is created from incident, the knowledge base in the article should be selected based on the department.
To achieve this we have solution,
Create a 'department' field on knowledge base table and compare the department field value with department field of Business service field, if that matches then set the knowledge base value.
For eg.
If department field value of business service is " IT "
And department field value of Knowledge base is " IT "
Then knowledge base value should be " IT ".
