In Dashboard 200 above reports not visible to user.

Hi Team,

I have issue with dashboard -> Reports. Above 200 reports user not able to see. 

"Report visible only to a specific user or group" Getting message in reports. 
How can i share 200 above reports at a time. it is take lot of time to share reports.

Kindly help me on this issue.

why would a dashboard have more than 200 reports?

It will definitely impact the instance performance.

Hi @Vurukonda Sai 1 ,

 

Basically best practice is to share reports/dashboards with a group instead of individuals. By doing this, you can just add/remove users from the single group to provide access.
