Once Due Date field on the change task is updated we have to find what is the earliest Due Date between all the change tasks that are on work in progress' state under the change request record, and set the Due Date on the change request with the EARLIEST due date. For example:
If we have 3 change tasks under the change request record:
- change task Due Date on 1st task 1: 09/30/2023
- change task Due Date on 2nd task: 10/05/2023
- change task Due Date on 3rd task: 11/30/2023
Then the change request Due Date should be set to 09/30/2023, because least date would be 09/30, like wise I have to check the number of tasks to get the due date and compare between them pick the least one, and update it on the parent change request record. if I have only task then I just have to update that date on the parent. If I have multiple then I need to compare and update the date on the change request. Please advise me to complete this ASAP.
