In Flow Designer - Catalog Item name is showing twice in the 'Get Catalog Variables Action' step like below

Under Actions - Get Catalog Variables from Digital Services Access request from Digital Services Access Request

catalog Item name - Digital Services Access request

name is proper in the Catalog Item record.

How to rename it /fix this ?

Refresh the flow once and try adding the same step again in the flow.

Can you try the same in incognito window/private browser , if same thing is coming, share the screen shot.

It is showing the same even in incognito mode. does system cache helps?

Check if you have 2 different catalog items with the same name, inactivate the one which is not required so it doesn't show up in the list.

no there is only one catalog item existing.
