In Flow Designer - Catalog Item name is showing twice in the 'Get Catalog Variables Action' step

In Flow Designer -  Catalog Item name is showing twice in the 'Get Catalog Variables Action' step like below

Under Actions -  Get Catalog Variables from Digital Services Access request from Digital Services Access Request 

catalog Item name - Digital Services Access request 

name is proper in the Catalog Item record.

How to rename it /fix this ?

Refresh the flow once and try adding the same step again in the flow.

may be there are 2 catalog items but some space etc in the beginning or ending of the text

did you check with that exact name?
