In Flow Designer Flow Create Catalog Task shows Waiting and after that steps are not run Why?

It is waiting for catalog task to be closed, than flow proceeds

Seems, you are using OOTB flow. The ootb work in a sequential manner where the previous task needs to close and next task wll generate,

 

Please share screenshot, if my understanding is wrong.
