in incident personalization list is not working

In incident form, when a user try to personalize list under outage section it is not working, EVen for admin also when we try to adjust list it is not changging and keep old list only.

In the Roles (sys_user_role) table, you will find role name "personalize_list" which needs to be added for every user.
