in knowledge article insert button not able to see on the form

I am admin but when i open knowledge article i could not able to see "insert" button. How to enable it?

Did you recently upgrade?

Did you debug ACL?

yeah after upgrade it is not showing inser button on top right of the form. This is an incident reported by user. In prod the button is not showing but in lower environmrnts the button is showing. Please guide how to enable?

even for admins also button not appearing

@sinu2 Are you not able to see the insert option in all the table forms or only in KB?
