In default view its working fine but in SOW view after saving the list layout the changes are not reflected

Hello @Bruce lee
Navigate to Views > Search for sow > On sow view form you will be able to see 4 related lists > In the Lists related list search for your table > open the field that you have to remove from the list > Delete that list element > it will remove from the SOW

You may be in another scope that's why it is restricted. Try changing the appropriate scope. It worked at my end

did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and logout and login again?
