In List View of a table want show column Label differently. How we can achieve it

Hello Everyone. 

In the incident table had field called Business Impact. so same filed in the list view of incident table column show should as customer impact. for this we should not change actual label of the field. but need to column label differently in list view. how we can achieve this..?

Hi Praveen,
You can create a language accordingly in user profile, then under the incident table you have a related list called Labels, there you can create a new label with the name you want and give the language as created before for the users you want and make that language as preferred language in the user profile.
