Issue: Currently, project users can adjust the timeline in the new project workspace by dragging the bars and creating new tasks using the "new" button even after the tasks and timeline are defined during the project creation stage. Also, With regards to ACL, we have created (description below in step performed); why ACL restrictions are not applied in the project workspace?
Expected Behavior: The desired outcome is that users should not be able to edit tasks after creation, and the timeline should remain static once set during the initial creation of the project or task.
Step Performed: Implement the recommended access controls to limit the access for particular project managers and project users depending on the project. We have found a solution so that project users are unable to edit, however, a solution for project managers does not seem possible.
If anyone knows the solution to this issue or knows any workaround; it would be much appreciated.
