In PDI service catalog created not visible in employee center

Hi,

 

I created a service catalog on my PDI but it is not visible in ESC. Kindly help.

Did you check if the catalog is properly mapped to the topics or in the portal?

How to add a catalog item (or knowledge base article) to the ServiceNow Employee Center using Taxonomy Connected Content. If your catalog item does not appear in Employee Center, make sure it is associated with a catalog.

That worked perfectly, alternatively we can do. I removed what is said in the video and tried this.

Perfect, the topic was missing. So this is the main difference between SP and ESC: in SP, the item appears immediately, but in ESC, it needs to be assigned to a topic.
