In report External import Source type is not appearing

In My personal developer instance External import Source type option is not appearing in reports. i need a help to activate it.

You must have Performance Analytics Premium to create reports with imported data. See Activate Performance Analytics.

Performance Analytics is activated and I still do not have the option in reports to import from an external source.
