Hello Community,
We noticed multiple stage field choices for sc_req_item were created in the sys_choice table on 27-Jan.
The created_by user says they did not create them manually, and no workflow executions ran on that day.
Could these choices have been created automatically due to:
Workflow publish/version
Item Designer save
How can we trace the exact source that created these sys_choice records (logs, update sets, workflow versions, etc.)?
Please help me with, Thanks in advance!
for reference I am adding screenshot here

Hi @sravani9983,
I would believe that guy, because there is at least 12 records created at 11:06:38, so it is obviously some action they took, not possible to do it manually in one second :))
They should check activating plugins, running some scripts or anything they did on that time stamp. It can be multiple options...

Hi @sravani9983,
This was done automatically, as we can see the time of records. Maybe there was some kind of scheduled job, business rule, or client script that may have been triggered when some button was clicked.
These are the main reasons for records to appear in it.
If you find my answer useful, please mark it as Helpful and Correct 😊
