In SOW, when I try to access a record, page is blank

Hello!

I am having an issue in which, when I access any records (incidents, requested items, etc) via the Service Operations Workspace (SOW), the page is mainly blank - I can't see any details, the summary or the related records of the record.

When I try to access any record through the classic view it works without any problem... any ideas on what might be causing this?

Hi @Joana Lameiras ,

If you can see some lists and others can't you likely need to configure the list applicability. Check out this pretty extensive article: https://www.servicenow.com/community/next-experience-articles/configuring-lists-in-configurable-work...

Or, Check for any underlying ACLs for these tables:

Hi Sandeep, unfortunately that is not the issue... I can see the lists, I just can't see the records when I try to open them. I used to be able to see everything just fine, so not sure what happened.

We had a similar issue. We had a page variant and had to set the order on our default page to a value higher than the page variant order and that resolved the issue.
