In the isc_impersonation_event table, how are the records being populated?

In the isc_impersonation_event table, from where are the records coming, and how are the records being populated?

Also, why are only impersonation.start events being populated instead of all impersonation-related events? Ideally, impersonation.end events should also be populated. Please clarify why impersonation.end events are not being inserted into the table?

Hi @AnjiBabu_Ve

Check this video (at 1:30 min)

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=12CDH1q9llY

In isc_impersonation_event table , all the impersonation log are stored.

records in the isc_impersonation_event are kept for just 7 days

Refer: https://www.servicenow.com/community/sysadmin-forum/servicenow-impersonate-query/m-p/3299297

And most probably , this table comes with specific plugin as in my PDI , it is not available.

Hello @AnjiBabu_Ve

In the isc_impersonation_event table, from where are the records coming, and how are the records being populated-> Navigate to All > System Policy > Events > Script Actions. Apply filter Event name starts with impersonation

As there is no impersonation.end, hence you don't see that in "isc_impersonation_event" table.

Hope that helps!

Hi @Vishal Jaswal

Is there any KB article available for the above mentioned information.
