This is the VTB board, so you can compare both roles. Your client is to create a new board or new records in any of the boards.

Ideally there is no role required to create new vtb board as per docs

Hello @gautamvarma
These are VTB Boards, you need to make your client Board member to which board you want to give him edit access. He will then automatically be able to create tasks. Additionally check if the VTB board has any roles attached to it, but adding member should work.
If you are unable to find where to add them, search Visual Task boards on the left navigation, go to particular task board, in the related list there would be board members, add him. Also you check for roles here itself.

Not asking for VTB only but for different scenarios also how do I check if one user isn’t able to access or create how do i check and add the particular role to it.
