Inactive filter for reference

Hey all, I want to modify the interactive filter that to search by employee id filed (custom field on user table (custom field) and how can I change the field the give me the result ? 

as you can see the system give me default result of name field. I want to change that to show something else.
is that possible ?

 You need to configure the table and make the disply_value=true for the field which you want to show on result .

is it possible to search via employee number or mobile phone for example in the interactive filter ?
