I have a scheduled report which is deactivated in all the instances. But it is getting send on test instance. Even though it is deactivated. There is no sys_trigger record also for the report. Could any expert please help me figure out why this is happening.

Thanks in advance!

Should not happen actually.

From when this started happening?

Did you recently upgrade?

This is moved to preprod instance recently. The settings are all same in all the instances. The email is getting sent every week in preprod instance. Originally this scheduled report is triggered every day. And is inactive now. There is no Business rule or workflow that is triggering it.

@Bharath24

did you check the sys_trigger is still present for the earlier instance?

sometimes, after deletion or deactivation of scheduled report, orphaned sys_trigger entries persist so check that and delete that

No, I checked it. There is no sys_trigger entry.
