Inactive Script still working

Hi All,

I had a Business Rule active in GLOBAL domain,I deactivated this script in global domain itself but it is still running.

I checked for the copy of same script in BR, client scripts, script include but there is no same script active.

Hi Lakshmi,



Do you have the same BR in your local domain?


And when you say you have you have deactivated it in the global domain, do you have your domain as global in your user profile?

You can try clearing cache for your instance once and see. Just make sure that if its your prod instance, do it after business hrs. To clear the cache, just add cache.do along with the instance url like this
