Inbound Email Action for PDI

There is no pre-configured email accounts in my PDI.

I am not receiving any emails to my developer instance

please guide me with this issue

Hi @Akshay Jugran ,

 

Please note that sending and receiving emails in PDIs was disabled back in 2022: https://developer.servicenow.com/blog.do?p=/post/sending-emails-from-pdis/

 

You can set up the email Account in PDI with Gmail server but that will bring your email in PDI and which I not recommended. The workaround if you would still like to do this can be located here: https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/solution-how-to-configure-email-account-in-serv...

Hi @Akshay Jugran 

 

Emails incoming and outgoing are restricted in PDI due to security constraint.

 

You can configure it via this article but I will not recommend as it will show all your personal email in PDI.
