Inbound Email Action in Servicenow

Hi,

I have created Inbound email action.

I have enabled in both inbound and outbound email configuration.

Still I am not receiving the email from Gmail. Please help me

Hi @manju5 

Are you trying in PDI? 

If yes, then it will not work due to security constraints. 

If No,

Please check the email properties Active for both.

Inbound action is Active state.
