Hi Team,
I would like to know, how to stop truncating the description context on the email.
ServiceNow processes the email content using inbound action and its cascades the value unless its not pointed to new lines.
Source of the email : Gmail
For eg. The context is passed as below.
Short Description : Testing the Inbound Action
Description : Testing the Inbound Action and making sure it cascades the value.
In ServiceNow end, the description is cascaded as "Testing the Inbound Action"
Logs: (Considers it as new lines and doesn't cascade the remaining)
Testing the Inbound Action
and making sure it cascades the value
