I have a query related to order guide in ServiceNow. The Requirement is that I have created an order with two catalog items. Two of the catalog requires same individual approval, but the query is how can we set approval for both request at a time.
For E.g. If user raise the request in the order guide it is creating two request but require one individual approval for both of the request. If that individual approval is completed, it needs move to next level of approvals.
Can anyone please help on this along with steps like how can we add an individual level approval for once to the both of the request.
