Inbound Email not working

Hello Team,

I have created new Inbound email to update the additional comments when user replay to the email but email is automatically getting ignored and I can below email logs.

 

Received id=<KL1PR02MB5060C23BB1F70314533144D1FCAA2@KL1PR02MB5060.apcprd02.prod.outlook.com> Classified as reply to 'NUMBER' via watermark 'Ref:MSG0300573' in message

 

Please suggest the way to fix the issue

Glad to know that my comment to search for any existing inbound action worked for you.

now you need to know why it's skipped.

Seems there are some email filters which is not allowing your inbound action to process, search that

check these links for debugging and help

@Community Alums 

since it's a custom one on custom table? did you check any existing OOTB inbound email action of type Reply matched and your was ignored

open the incoming email and see the related list of processing details

check this link on debugging

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , I have updated the Order of my Inbound action, now I can see the inbound action in email logs but its getting skipped saying "Skipping script 'Update GSRC Task', ignored by filter" but I don't have any filter condition on my inbound action still logs says ignored by filter.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar, Yes, the issue is with email filters configured on our instance. I am able to fix the issue now. Thanks again for the help
