Inbound REST API and OUT bound REST integartion using flow design

Dear Team,

I need one help I have done the REST integartion based on my requirement using Flow design please see the stepts

Step 1 : Catalog form created and Submitted we will get RITM number  --- > I have done successfully

Step 2 : Flow design I have used for manager and Group approvals the catalog task get created  ---> This also done Successfully

Step 3 : Flow design after Creating Catalog task i have called the action that action is Outbound integration and mapped accordingly and 201 success means i am updating in work notes like "integration success" else part "integration failed". through flow design.  ---- This part also completed Successfully.

Step 4: Inbound integration created through Scripted REST API and tested REST API Explorer  and error message status Success and failed updated in Work_notes  too.(for error message i have create one hidden variable in my catalog item ) ---> This part also completed Successfully.

Step 5. flow design based on inbound result for example error message is Success i have to update the sc_task close complete.  else error message : failed in inbound integration i have to update the sc_task is close incomplete . ---> This part how to handle in flow design please help me here.

Step 6: in same flow design i have to wait 60 minits for inbound error message if i am not get i have to create the incident  .... this part how to do in my flow design. 

Please help me who is having experience integrations with flow design please.
