Inbox not showing status option in workspace?

Hi Team,

Whenever i click inbox icon in service operation workspace the status option not showing i have configured all presences states also

Hi @siva44 

Makre sure user have "awa_agent " role and  Check ACL on awa_agent_presence.

I have check all things all are okay but not showing

Try repair the SOW plugin to latest version.
