Inbox not showing status option in workspace?

Hi Team,

Whenever i click inbox icon in service operation workspace the status option not showing i have configured all presences states also

Hi @siva44 

Configure another service channel & its queues and remove the existing service channels from selected and add the new service channel in this presence state.
