Inc created in VA chat routing form view not sp view

HI Team We are using lite version of VA. and when we are creating INC from VA chat window and user clicks it routing to page form view not normal SP view page of INC like normally end user sees. Could you please assist/suggest me something on this. We dont have ay other option to configure as its Lite version of VA.
