Incident Comments showing HTML code

Hi,

 

I have user OOB Record Producer "Create Incident". When I create any incident from it.

Comments in Incident shows HTML code.

Please see below : highlighted part. I have pasted image in Description field of Record Producer which is HTML type. it  is mapped with Comments on Incident form.

Also check with the attachment button, if its onclick function is correct

saveCatAttachment(gel('sysparm_item_guid').value, 'incident')

Did you wrap the text in [code] tags? If so, there is also a System Property to disable it.
