Incident form loading issues

Hi Experts,

We are facing an issue with user and when he tries to open few incidents by clicking on incident link or searching those incidents in global search, he gets logged out of service now and redirects to browser homepage.

If we impersonate to his profile in our machines and open the same incidents, it works fine. We have done below checks.

1) Cleared the browser cache and history

2) Checked the console log if there is any error - no errors

3) Checked his role - perfect

This is happening with only few incidents. Have anyone encountered these type of issues?

This issue is resolved. Due to user sync up with other tools, user data is not updated properly and user got locked out.

Best would be to enable debug log and have this user re-produce the issue.


Did you check for any scripts / BRs that are role / user specific?


Did you check the user's browser version?


yes we have checked the roles of users and other users can access these incidents in same browser version.
