Good question and I love the answers provided.

What the question/requirement indicates to me (and I could be wrong) is that someone needs to stop hanging on to legacy processes of having a report exported and mailed to them. By the time they read it, it's out of date. Encourage them to view reports within the system to have accurate, up to the minute information displayed in a variety of ways. A home page or dashboard are always a good way to drive engagement in the system.

I agree, viewing report in the system is amazing, plus we have with lot of functionalities there. but there are some case in which excel is required and demanded So, if we will be able to achieve this it can be the cheery on the cake.
