Incident Playbooks in CSM Configurable Workspace

The Playbook tab does not seem to be available by default in CSM Configurable Workspace for Incidents. Does anyone know if it is easily possible to add that functionality for Incidents? We do not plan on using SOW as our agents mostly deal with Cases. However, since the agents also work on Incidents in some situations, we would like the Playbook functionality.

Unfortunately it's not possible, as CSM is separate Application Scope , so if you want to create a Playbook for ITSM which is for incidents, then it would be in Global domain.
