The ask is an incident report that show only TWO specific assignment groups and then takes the remaining 7 assignments groups and groups them all as "other". So in essence a report that show three bars, group A, group B and all others.
I can't find a way to group the remaining groups that aren't part of my filtered two into a single "other" group.
Any help would be appreciated.
Cheers
Mark

Hi @Mark Tuffey ,
My suggestion would be to create a report with two additional dataset. First report for group A, first additional dataset for group b, and second dataset for other groups. You can read more here about how to add additional dataset in the report builder.: https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-now-intelligence/page/use/reporting/task/t_AddAnAdditi...

Anders,
Thanks. I was able to use the dataset option to get what I required.
Cheers
