Incident report creation

Hi All,

I have a requirement to create incident report as below:

1. Incidents updated between 0-3 days

2. Incidents updated between 4-7 days

3. Incidents updated more than 7 days

I have attached the screenshot on how the report should look like.

Please let me know your valuable inputs.

Hi @Suresh Kumar8 ,

This can be done by crating some report ranges and then afterwards create a time series report based on days. The report visualization will not look like then one that you have attached, due to this is not an option in times series report.

Hello @AndersBGS , Thank you for your reply. What filter condition should be specified for the incidents not updated between 0-3 days, 4-7 days.

this is here you can need to create the report range. It can’t be done only by the condition builder.
