We encounter an error in closing the incident task. What happen is when INCTASK Work Notes is filled before changing the State to Closed Complete the work notes disappeared along with your notes and when you click the update button an error message is occur because the work note is a mandatory field
it is leave alone when the inctask state is closed complete but what gonna happen is they put a value to the work notes before changing the state that cause the work notes disappear
