Your email "dev246413.service-now.com" is missing the "@" sign.

Hello @dhineshkumar ,
1)Please ensure there are no typos or missing characters in the email address.
2)Verify that the ServiceNow instance is correctly configured to receive inbound emails.
3)Check the email properties and settings within the ServiceNow instance to ensure that inbound email processing is enabled and configured correctly.
4)Verify that the ServiceNow instance "dev246413.service-now.com" is up and running without any issues. If the instance is experiencing downtime or technical difficulties, it may not be able to receive emails properly.
5)Check the logs or error messages in the ServiceNow instance for more detailed information about why the email address is not being recognized. The logs may provide additional insights into the root cause of the problem.
If my answer is helpful please mark it as helpful or correct!!
