Hi Team,
We are facing an issue where if use <instance name>/id=ticket&table=incident in the direct links then records are getting created. If we change table to any other values, records are getting created in other table. Is it possible to restrict this?
Thanks

Hi @Community Alums
Some users are using this link to open incidents. If we just open this link, it is creating incident. This link actually having a view to see the ticket from service hub.
