Incidents and other records are getting created automatically

Hi Team,

 

We are facing an issue where if use <instance name>/id=ticket&table=incident in the direct links then records are getting created. If we change table to any other values, records are getting created in other table. Is it possible to restrict this?

@geogeorge can you list out all the widgets listed in the ticket page?is it customized?
