Incidents not moving to closed state automatically

Hi All,

 

Can anyone please assist me with this ? I need to know why incidents are not moving to closed state automatically once it's resolved. We have 92 tickets which was not moved to closed state though it's resolved.

Hi @Shafna 

you need to check the properties which is storing the value of days-glide.ui.autoclose.time
